Sample Performance Agreement
1. Performance Details
Date, venue, load-in time, sound check, and set times will be specified in the final agreement.
2. Deposit
50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due 7 days before performance.
3. Technical Requirements
Full technical rider provided upon booking confirmation including stage plot, input list, and hospitality.
4. Travel & Accommodation
Round-trip travel and hotel accommodations for all performers included in quoted price.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations within 30 days of performance date forfeit full deposit. Force majeure clauses apply.
